Intelligence is multi-dimensional. Growth cannot be confined to a desk.
At Mount View International School, the playing field is not an escape from learning; it is the ultimate extension of the classroom. We call our athletic and co-curricular ecosystem The Forge—the crucible where the “Grit” of our students is tested and the “Character” of true leadership is tempered.
If our core curriculum builds the map of knowledge, our co-curricular ecosystem is where students choose their own adventures. Education is not measured only by the marks a child scores, but by the confidence they build, the creativity they express, the values they uphold, and the passions they discover along the way.
Not every child shines in the same place. Some feel at home holding a paintbrush. Some come alive with a microphone in hand. Some find confidence under the spotlight. Some express themselves through movement. Some lead from the front. Others quietly create extraordinary things behind the scenes.
Every Child Has a Stage
Our role is not to decide where a child belongs—it is to create enough opportunities for every child to discover where they truly shine.
- Creative Arts:
Creativity is the essence of living. Children express creatively through Drawing and Painting, Craft and DIY Activities, Creative Writing (Essays, Articles and more), Clay Modelling, Poster Making, Best-out-of-Waste Projects, Calligraphy, Creative Design Challenges
Children develop imagination, fine motor skills, patience, and aesthetic appreciation while learning to think creatively.
- Performing Arts:
Expression builds confidence. Students regularly participate in Dance, Music (Vocal & Instrumental), Drama and Theatre, Mime, Skits, Poetry Recitation, Storytelling, Role Plays.
These experiences strengthen communication skills, stage confidence, creativity, and emotional expression.
- Public Speaking & Communication:
The ability to express ideas confidently is one of the most valuable life skills. Students are encouraged to participate in Public Speaking, Elocution, Debates, Extempore, Group Discussions, Anchoring, News Reading, Show & Tell.
These activities help children become articulate, confident communicators and active listeners.
- Innovation & Thinking Skills:
Learning should inspire curiosity. Students regularly engage in activities such as Quiz Competitions, STEM Challenges, Science Exhibitions, Model Making, Problem-Solving Activities, Logical Thinking Games, Innovation Projects.
These experiences encourage analytical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and the confidence to explore new ideas.
- Life Skills & Values:
Character is built through everyday experiences. Our students participate in activities that nurture Leadership, Teamwork, Responsibility, Empathy, Time Management, Decision Making, Environmental Awareness, Community Service, Health & Hygiene Awareness.
Because success in life depends as much on character as it does on knowledge.
